Toronto Carcinoid NET Support Meeting November 27, 2011
Dear Friends,
The next Toronto Carcinoid NET Support Meeting will be Sunday November 27, from 1.30-4.00 pm. Please see the attached flyer for information on location and parking. Everyone is welcome, including patients, caregivers, and friends, and we are looking forward to meeting new members as well as existing members. The format of the meeting will be a straightforward circle meeting where we can talk about our journeys and our concerns and receive feedback from others. Many in our community find this format to be helpful.

Canadian Support Groups
Everyone in Canada, and nearby border U.S. states, who is a Carcinoid-NeuroEndocrine Patient, significant other, family member, or special friend is welcome to become part of a local CNETS Canada Support Group.
We in the Local Support Groups aim to listen, share, educate, create awareness, provide support, and also enjoy one another’s company. We now have support groups in the following provinces and territories.
