Support Groups
There are various types of support groups available to assist NET patients, caregivers, and their family and friends.
Within the support group section are those groups which are informal in nature and which many NET patients are members of to seek candid support for themselves or on behalf of a friend or family member. Most of these informal groups require registration of the NET patient, friend or family member. For information on how the Toronto area support group got started, click here.
Canadian Support Groups
Everyone in Canada, and nearby border U.S. states, who is a Carcinoid-NeuroEndocrine Patient, significant other, family member, or special friend is welcome to become part of a local CNETS Canada Support Group.
We in the Local Support Groups aim to listen, share, educate, create awareness, provide support, and also enjoy one another’s company. We now have support groups in the following provinces and territories.
