Dr Lucas Sideris is a general surgical oncologist at Maisonneuve-Rosemont Hospital, Montréal, Québec, Canada He is also an Assistant Professor of Surgery at the Université de Montréal, Montréal, Québec, Canada Dr Sideris graduated MD from Laval University, in Quebec City in 1997. This was followed by a residency in Surgery at University of Montreal Affiliated Hospitals. In 2002 Dr Sideris achieved his Certificate of Specialist in the Province of Quebec (CSPQ) (General Surgery) and also became a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons of Canada (FRCSC) (General Surgery) From 2002-2004 he did a two-year Oncology Fellowship at Gustave-Roussy Institute.
Dr Sideris is on the Oncology Practice Evaluation comittee (CEPO) in the Province of Quebec (2005-) He is also an Examiner at the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada (2007-) Dr Sideris has over 40 oral scientific presentations since 2004 to his credit and has published 40 Peer reviewed articles.
