- Seeking Equitable and Seamless Access to the Full Continuum of Diagnostic and Treatment Option Paths Available, including Quality Patient-Centered Care.
Learning Objectives to be achieved by the end of the Ottawa 2012 CNETS Canada International Conference
Professional health care providers should better be able to:
- discuss in detail the state of the art in 2012 basis for the diagnosis, treatment and management of neuroendocrine tumours;
- explain how NET biomarkers direct further diagnostic, therapeutic and management option paths;
- discuss in detail various therapeutic approaches to NETs;
- promote the patient-centred approach to NET management, and;
- relate and attend to patient and caregiver concerns and needs.
Patients and care givers should better be able to:
- understand the state of the art in 2012 basis for the diagnosis, treatment and management of neuroendocrine tumours;
- understand how NET biomarkers direct further diagnostic, therapeutic and management option paths;
- discuss various therapeutic approaches to NETs with physicians, and;
- be informed and actively participate in the patient-centred approach to manage NETs.
Continuing Medical Education (CME)Credits will be provided by the Canadian Association of Nuclear Medicine (18.5 credits)

Registration 
The cost of registration is $150.00 for patients or caregivers, $200.00 for Allied Medical Professionals, and $250.00 for MDs.
The cost includes all conference materials and all meals from Breakfast on Friday till Breakfast and Mid-Morning snacks on Sunday. Thursday night will have finger foods at the Welcome Reception and will be covered by the conference. There will be no Sunday lunch.
How to Proceed with a One Day Registration for the Ottawa Conference

- When asked on the form how you will pay, please choose "cheque". Complete the registration.
