Guaranteed Group rates for the hotels run out on April 15 for the Chateau Laurier, April 13 for the Minto. The Lord Elgin is no longer taking any group rates.
Chateau Laurier only has rooms for May 4-5, not the 3rd. The Minto only has bookings available for the 3rd.

The two and a half day conference meetings, meals and activities will take place at the centrally located Chateau Laurier Hotel.

CNETS has contracted enough hotel rooms at the Chateau Laurier to accommodate our participants for the nights of May 4th and 5th. Should you wish to extend your stay, the hotel will offer the group rate for three days prior and three days post the conference dates if there are rooms available
If you are interested in staying in Ottawa prior to May 4th, the Chateau Laurier unfortunately only has a limited number of rooms available at this time. In order to secure appropriate rooms at nearby hotels, we have also contracted group rates as follows should you be unable to secure a room at the Chateau Laurier for nights prior to the 4th. We do encourage all participants to stay at the Chateau Laurier for the Conference nights of May 4th and 5th.
